යුනිකෝඩ් සම්මේලනය ප්‍රථම වරට 1991 දී යුනිකෝඩ් ස්ටෑන්ඩර්ඩ් (1.0 අනුවාදය) ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කළ අතර එතැන් සිට නිතිපතා නව සංස්කරණ ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කරන ලදී.
යුනිකෝඩ් ස්ටෑන්ඩර්ඩ් හි නවතම අනුවාදය වන 13.0 අනුවාදය 2020 මාර්තු මාසයේදී නිකුත් කරන ලද අතර එය විද්‍යුත් ආකෘතියෙන් කොන්සෝර්ටියම් වෙබ් අඩවියෙන් ලබා ගත හැකිය.
සම්පුර්ණයෙන්ම පොත් ස්වරූපයෙන් (කේත ප්‍රස්ථාර ඇතුළුව) ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කරන ලද ප්‍රමිතියේ අවසාන අනුවාදය 2006 දී 5.0 අනුවාදය විය, නමුත් 5.2 (2009) අනුවාදයේ සිට ප්‍රමිතියේ මූලික පිරිවිතර මුද්‍රිත ඉල්ලුමට සරිලන කඩදාසි ලෙස ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කර ඇත.
